My name is Mikhail Chernikov. I rent, furnish, and sublet quality apartments in New York City. I offer individual rooms within shared apartments, or entire apartments for private use.

I only rent apartments I’d be happy to live in myself. All of my options are simple, but they include a basic set of essential amenities:

• Natural light
• Bed, mattress, table, chair, and dresser
• Bedding available upon request
• Full kitchen with cookware and utensils
• Air conditioning in summer
• Comfortable heating in winter
• No pests

Flexible rental terms available.

I do not charge broker fees or require a security deposit. Payment includes the first and last month’s rent upon check-in, and then monthly (excluding the final month).

Utilities, internet, and essential household supplies – such as toilet paper, dish soap, and paper towels – are included in the rent.

In addition to housing, we offer support with adapting to life in a new country. We can assist with documentation, and provide consultation on visas and immigration through our partner project: visa-center.nyc
